Dellok(YONGHUI Radiating Pipe Manufacturing Co.,Ltd) was established in 2002, which is located in Nanjing, China.We joined HARBIN AIR CONDITIONING CO., LTD. in 2022 and became the most professional industry manufacturer in China. Studded Tube Product Description:
Steel studded tubes are used instead of finned tubes for heat transfer in the processing industries, generally in furnaces, gas turbines, fired heaters and furnace applictions where the surface is exposed to a very corrosive environment and where very dirty gas streams require frequent or aggressive cleaning.
The steel studs are automatically resistance welded to the tube, producing high quality forge welds. The welding process enables the combination of any grades for studs and tube: carbon, low alloy, stainless steels and high nickel alloys. Alloy steel pipes are stress-relieved after studding, according to the relevant specifications for the class and grade of steel used.
Studded Tube(Stainless Steel Welded Tube) Manufacturing Process:
Studs are fully automatically welded onto the tubes (pipes) by resistance welding.
Studded Tube(Welded Stainless Tube) Advantages:
To increase the surface area of the tube and to protect tube surface from direct exposure to heat /corrosive environment.
Studding reduces the amount of bare pipes used in these processes. Heat transfer surface of one studded pipe is equivalent to surface of 4 to 10 bare pipes.
Use of studded tubes is ideal for processes/applications, where dirty fuels are used in harsh environments.
