After many years of development, the company now has 66 million yuan in fixed assets, more than 200 employees, and 33 technical staffs. We have 4 aluminum processing production lines, with the annual processing capacity of more than 20,000 tons; And we have 5 tube-drawing production lines; 47 fintube production lines, 1 imported production line from American with the brand of McElroy , with the annual production capacity of 12 million meters the above. About Finned Tubes
With an aim to increase the heat exchanging efficiency, It's usually to extend the surface area (or internal surface area) by adding fins onto a tube, which, through this manufacturing process, would greatly improve and upgrade the heat transferring efficiency of heating tube, it's called Finned Tube or Fin Tubes.

Ordering and Delivery
For a given pipe or tube size, the desired heat transfer surface area per unit length of tube can be obtained by specifying the appropriate fin height, fin thickness and number of fins per inch. If the whole transfer surface area of the finned tube is A and the transfer surface area is A0, then nominal the ratio A/A0 should be 5 to 12.
