Introduction:
The fin strip (normally aluminum and copper) is folded into an L SHAPE and wound onto the base tube surface under tension. The feet of the fins are joined together and cover the finned surface. The accessories with this fin are Tube Support Box, Clamp or Spacer Box (Material: Aluminum, Zinc and Stainless Steel). It suits various area such as The common application fields area, Heat exchangers units for power plant(electric, nuclear, thermal and geothermal power plants), High corrosive systems (condensers, evaporators, sea water desalinations, fertilizing, urea systems, ammonia, gas, corrosive acids), The petroleum, chemical and petrochemical industries, The food processing and refrigeration industries, Natural gas treatment;
Packing:
Both bare ends shall be Zinc or Aluminum metalized applied by an electro spray arc system coating. The desiccants are put into each package for continental transportation as well.
Acceptance Criteria:
API Standard 661(Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers for General Refinery Service) or the delivery conditions (TDC).
