About Us

DELLOK (YONGHUI RADIATING PIPE MANUFACTURING CO.,LTD.) was established in 2002, which is located in Jiangsu, China. After many years of development, the company now has 66 million yuan in fixed assets, more than 200 employees, and 33 technical staffs. We have 4 aluminum processing production lines, with the annual processing capacity of more than 20,000 tons; And we have 5 tube-drawing production lines; 47 fintube production lines, 1 imported production line from American with the brand of McElroy , with the annual production capacity of 12 million meters the above. Quality is the theme of eternal pursuit of winner -Production workshop- Meticulous works, standardized management system and systematic quality assurance are Dellok(YONGHUI)'s best commitment to quality. In Dellok(YONGHUI), the quality control is not only the detection of the final process, but throughout the entire production process. We implement a set of quality control and assurance systems. Each batch of pipes is sampled and tested, and records are kept as a quality guarantee for the final product.

G Finned Tube Product Description:

The fin strip is wound into a mechanically produced groove and tightened by back filling of the base material under pressure.

Groove depth appr. 0.4 mm.

G Fin Tube Core Tube: Carbon steels, low-alloy steels, stainless steels, brass, copper(Copper Finned Pipe), copper-nickel alloys, aluminium bronze(Aluminum Finned Tube), nickel-alloys (Alloy 400, etc.), bimetallic, titanium and others

G Fin Tube Fins: Aluminium / Copper (Finned Copper Pipe)/ Steel / Galvanized Steel

G Finned Tube

G Finned Tube Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing tool is made up of 2 non-cutting plates set at 90° to the axis of the base tubes (pipes) (core tube). The first plate effects a groove for metal spinning. The second directs the ribbon in the groove and sets the fin foot in the groove through pressure on the metal displaced for the groove. A similar plate made of tungsten carburate allows us to manufacture. G embedded fin tubes ( Finned Aluminum Tubing )with base tubes (pipes) (core tube) made of austenitic steel or exotic alloys.

Finned Copper Pipe

G Finned Tube Advantages

High fin stability, excellent heat transfer, high operating temperature.

The fin/tube wall contact is constant because of the setting and makes it possible to use a wall temperature of up to 450°C.

The fin is set throughout its length and consequently does not unwind even when partially uprooted.

This kind of finned tube is one of optimum choices for having good effectiveness/cost ratio.

Finned Aluminum Tubing

G Finned Tube Properties

High performance and efficiency.

Use at high operating temperature.

Can be used for low and high temperature applications.

Dimensionally stable.

Resists high loads and shocks, both mechanically and thermally.

Fin Contact:

Mechanical bond (fin embedded in tube groove).

Maximum Tube Wall Operating Temperature:400°C.

Type of Service: High temperature

Copper Finned Pipe

G Finned Tube Applications

the petroleum, chemical and petrochemical industries

natural gas treatment

the steel industry: blast furnace and converter systems

power generation: steam turbine exhaust condensing

– contact condensing with cooling of circulating condensate

– fossil and nuclear power plants

air conditioning (freon, ammonia, propane)

incineration of household refuse

compressor coolers, ect.

1. What is a fin tube?

Finned tubes are the main components of heat exchangers. They are a series of tubes where fins have been added on the outside to increase the contact area with the outside fluid, to exchange heat and between the fluid inside the tube and the fluid outside the tube.

2. Where are Fine Tubes products used?

Our main markets include the aerospace, oil and gas, nuclear, power generation, chemical process and medical device industries. However we are also developing products for emerging sectors like desalination, geothermal energy, sports and the automotive industry. We are continually innovating, so if you require tubing for other applications please get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.

3. What is 'G' Fin Tube or Embedded Fin Tube?

As the name suggests, the embedded fin tube or G fin tube is an extended surface fin tube where the fins are externally applied on the base tubes. A groove is formed continuously on the base tube and the fin edge is inserted in the groove. After the fin is inserted in the groove a set of rollers is used to back fill the groove and the fin is then securely embedded in the base tube.

The strength of the Embedding or more commonly known as Fin to Tube bond test is checked by hanging a 3 Kg free wight to an Isolated fin. This ensures whether the fin has been Embedded into the base tube properly.

4. What is an 'G' Fin Tube made of?

'G' Fin Tubes or Embedded Fin Tubes are made of two main components, Base Tube and Fin Strip material. We can supply the 'G' Fin Tubes in the following combinations of Base Tube and Fin Material:

Base Tube Material: Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Mild Steel, Stainless steel and tubes manufactured by ERW or Seamless Process

Fin Material: Aluminum, Copper

5. Where are 'G' Fin Tubes or Embedded Fin Tubes used?

'G' Fin Tubes or Embedded Fin Tubes are mainly used in air fin coolers and many different types of air-cooled radiators. These types of 'G' Fin Tubes mainly find application in areas where the temperature for heat transfer is in a slightly higher range. The Embedded Fin Tubes are mainly used in places with higher temperature and where the working atmosphere is relatively less corrosive to the base tube.

Main industries in which the 'G' Fin Tubes find service are Process Chemical Plants, Refineries, Gas Processing Plants, Steel Plants, Power Plants, Fertilizer Manufacturing Plants, etc.

6. How do you ensure a quality product?

We always put quality as the most important thing for customers, and we control the quality from raw material inspection, production checking to water pressure test and strength test. Also the third party can be authorized to check.

Incoming inspection report for bare tube & strip.

Mill test certification for bare tube

Mill test certification for fin
